By submitting an extended abstract to the CDSD2023 Conference, the authors are agreeing that at least one author will be able to present on the date and at the time assigned by the Conference Committee to secure inclusion in the Conference program and published proceedings. 

Authors are required to complete the online registration and pay the registration fee by 17 March 2023. Papers for which at least one author (presenter) is not registered by 23:59 - 17 March 2023 (GMT+7) will automatically be withdrawn from the program. Presentation guidelines will be available soon.

The registration fee for each paper can be found below. This fee includes an electronic certificate of contribution, publication fee, online presentation fee, and access to all sessions of CDSD2023. The fee for offline participants includes a conference pack, lunch buffets, and a gala dinner for 1 participant.

- Presenter (Offline participant): USD 300 or VND 7.100.000 for the first paper; USD 150 or VND 3.500.000 for each additional paper
- Presenter (Online participant): USD 200 or VND 4.700.000 for the first paper; USD 150 or VND 3.500.000 for each additional paper
- Extra Participant: please read carefully in registration for extra participant and non-author registration form
- Discount for Student: Students will pay less USD 50 (or VND 1.200.000) than normal presenter in both cases for the first paper.
 

The conference will include an optional tour to Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the new 7 natural wonders of the world. More information on the tour schedule and additional costs will be provided at a later date.

 

Please read the registration and payment process carefully

- If the article is accepted, an acceptance letter will be sent to the corresponding author's email address
- After receiving acceptance letter, the author please registers in the registration form for yourself and your companions. We will send you an invoice when receiving your registration.
- After the fee is paid, please send the proof to cdsd@huce.edu.vn
- After receiving payment, the Organizer will send you a receipt via email.
- If you need assistance with other procedures such as visa, please contact the Conference Committee directly via email (cdsd@huce.edu.vn).

Please note that:

- Senders would take responsibility for any bank fees. International bank transfers should note that your bank and our bank would take a transfer fee. If your bank does not tell you about their fees and our bank's fees, you pay the fee for your bank and add USD$ 25 to the total amount to be transferred to our bank's fee
- The Payment is non-refundable.
- Payment must be made in Full Amount
- Please keep your proof of payment; you will need it to register with our online form
- If your school or organization requires an invoice before paying, please email us soon because it could take up to 2 working days to issue the invoice for you.
